We strive to support our customers in their time of need, so for insured pets, we’ve extended our emergency boarding cover and coverage for all customers directly impacted by extreme weather events (e.g. bushfire, flood, cyclones) no matter what type of cover you have. We will cover the costs of emergency boarding at a licensed kennel or cattery for your insured pets, and any conditions your pet may experience directly related to the extreme weather event until 30th June 2025. All other policy terms and conditions will continue to apply. Just submit your invoice/s and policy number to help@petsure.com.au. Stay safe.
As a policyholder, live vet support is available through your Pet Portal. Connect to an experienced Australian registered vet via online video call, 24/7. Simply log in and click on ‘Live vet’ in the top navigation bar.
